i have tried to solve this equation by dsolve command but took too long time and does not respond,if you have any idea about that,please

dsolve is an analytic solver; I'm not sure how it works but generally speaking they are more cpu intensive.
For something like your problem you may have to solve it numerically; that is, use something like Euler's method (or higher-order Runge-Kutta) to generate plots of the solutions.
