I am working on a project which involves interacting with soil by some and i want to assess approximately its results, please give instructions in modules: property, step, interaction and mesh just to model that basically, i do not intend creating a very sophisticated analysis.

In order to adequately help you i need you to specify what kind of interaction you ae talking about.
To model Soil you need to specify:
The Material:
-General -->Density--->Mass Density
-Mechanical-->Elasticity-->Elastic (if you are Studying its Linear behavior if not it depends on the criteria you want to use you have several option druker prager , Moher coulomb... )
Step:
You need to specify what are you studying exactly you want to run a static general analysis or a dynamic analysis ...
To model a soil you need to define your mesh using a minimun number of element = H*fmax*10/(2*vs) i use this equation for the dynamic analysis where fmax is the maximum frequency that interest me and vs is the shear velocity and 10 is the minimum number of points to draw a good wave shape.
I suggest you to read abaqus manuel it is well written i am sure you can find all what you need in it.

The project i am working on contains briefly a metallic tool which is expected to penetrate into soil, i have no information in relation to soil and its formulations ( as my field is mechanics ) , so i need rudimentary matters which are only associated with modeling that by Abaqus, if you have such a file other than Abaqus manual, please so.

Why not spend some time in the library there is a wealth of knowledge on soil mechanics and mechanical properties of soil. The simplest for what you would require are the Attenberg limits and simple compaction models based around these and consolidation density.
You might even find it useful to read (Topp GC, Reynolds WD, Cook FJ, Kirby JM and Carter MR (1997). Chapter 2. Physical Attributes of Soil Quality. In Soil Quality for Crop Production. (Eds E.G. Gregorich and M.R. Carter), Developments in Soil Science, 25 Elsevier, Amsterdam, 21-58.) which will get you started.
