I am simulating a cylinder surrounded by 4 punch that they penetrate into the cylinder but despite penetrating, no change in the stress contour have seen and no deformation in elements happened.step type is explicit and elastic,plastic & density properties are strictly accurate.
Please give a hint.

are the punches passing through the cylinder without feeling the existence of cylinder at all?
If yes are the cylinder, rigid bodies ? if yes of what type, analytical or discrete?
Yes,that did not feel the punches,cylinder Is deformable and punches are discrete rigid.I have had no such a experience already so think to be a bug in my abaqus.what do you think?

Are you giving hard and tangential both or just tangential with friction
I gave just the tangential property for interaction. The problem solved,issue was that I applied movement to the whole deformable body so when touching, discrete rigid passing through the deformable body which already assumed to have arranged motions,thank you for your considerations
