In our experiment we use TC treated 96-well plates from Eppendorf and coat our protein of interest. After coating we add monocytes and get our readout.
Now, we want to add activated T cells to the mix and get our readout. But to better if the T cells do it contact mediated or via cytokines we want to use inserts / inlets for our cell culture plates with a membrane permeabel for cytokines but not for cells.
Does anybody can recommend single inserts or in strips with a membrane for our experiment?
(Unfortunately, using google did not yield a satisfying answer and the one product from a paper my experiment is based on is not produced anymore...)

Our polycarbonate cell culture inserts come packaged with their multiwell plate. Choose from 6-, 12- and 24-well sizes. Simply select the insert membrane pore size best suited for your application.

we used 0.4 µm inserts in 24-Well uncoated culture plates (Transwell Permeable support, Costar) to co-culture Microglia (bottom) and photoreceptor cells (insert) to analyze the paracrine effect of ROS on the photoreceptor cells. Neither microglia nor photoreceptor cells migrated throug the membrane but the ROS from the microglia diffused through the membrane. It may also work for cytokines in your experimental setup.
