Hi everyone,

I would like to do a fsQCA as part of my master's thesis. For this purpose I have created a conceptual framework from which I have derived my conditions for the fsQCA. I collected data on these conditions via an online survey with 7 point Likert scales. Unfortunately, I only received a small number of participants (n=37). Because I want to test 15 conditions and have only 37 participants I get many ambiguous solution models. Hence my question, would it be possible to perform separate fsQCAs for subsets of the conditions and merge the results (maybe in a " higher-level" fsQCA?)?

Unfortunately, I could not find comparable procedures in the literature. Would this procedure be methodically correct?

I would be very pleased to receive answers!
