I would like to send blood samples for testing into the lab in another country. Samples are from patients with suspected blood stream infection, paralel samples were already tested, and pathogens identified are some enterobacteria, and staphylococci including S. aureus. To send this samples I need to specified category of danger, according to IATA classification. I think that these samples are category B (UN3373), but I will be gratefull if some body will confirm it.

In my opinion, the label "biology material" should be enough (you do not have pure cultures of pathogenic bacteria in huge amount). Of course, that you can use classification as UN3373, this will be safety for all.
BUT you cannot send your samples by Czech Post assistance because they do not have permission to transport infectious substances! You can use courier service - PPL, FedEx, etc.
