Mamoru Ishii and Takashi Hibiki, Themo-fluid dynamics of two-phase flow

I used them to prepare my introductive course on two-phase flows for students in process engineering.

what kind of fluid do you study?? Newtonian fluid or non-Newtonian fluids flow?

I'm mostly interested in Newtonian models but any valuable reference will suffice (even if it' is for non-Newtonian).

I think chapters 4 and 5 of handbook of industrial mixing will help you alot
