Which area in cultural heritage preservation using computer vision techniques still need to be explored since, there are so many survey papers on Perception enhancement, restoration and preservation, monitoring,interpretation and collection analysis already.

I believe there is a field of study about cultural heritage which is usually almost neglected; "Future Cultural Heritage". I mean, to find the right translation between the past, present and the future. Which of our today's cultural products and activities, would be entitled as cultural heritage in next centuries? What were the roots and causes in the past to produce heritage for us, and how could we predict the right strategies in order to leave valuable heritage of our generation for the future history? How could we enhance our cultural performance? I guess these questions also worth investigating. Hope it helps.
