How to calculate the pressure inside the cavity and gases composition from recorded spectrum??

I am working working on He-Ne discharge with a fix pressure and rf source having frequency 27.2 MHz. I have recorded a spectrum with several power. Now I want to calculate gas composition and pressure inside the cavity from these spectrum? If anyone have some idea or knowing about some reference paper, please guide me.
