Though this is certainly not my expertise I interpretate this comment as something like: make more clear in your review what are the distinct differences between these two terms. I suggest you to Google “Gamification and Virtual Reality theory” and come up with some references that make this distinction clearer. Perhaps the introduction of the following paper might give some ideas:
