There are many resources for finding out mutation status of cell lines. For example here is info from ATCC pertaining to a few cell lines, with respect to mutation status of several genes, including TP53, CDKN2A, PTEN, etc. (https://www.atcc.org/~/media/PDFs/Culture%20Guides/Cell_Lines_by_Gene_Mutation.ashx)
