Hi Everybody, can you help me?

In February 2023 I happily got two peer-reviewed papers published (see below), which I previously had archived in December 2022 on preprints.org.

Meanwhile the bigger one of them, the "medulloblastoma paper" automatically got updated on preprints - with a notion that a peer-reviewed version was published.

Unfortunately, the (not that fundamentally important) "glioblastoma paper" is still not updated, although I wrote to preprints.org AND also to the publisher of the paper to mention the published paper. This is strange to me, even google scholars sees only the preprints.org - version. And the preprints-version got even cited by scientists I didn't know before.

Is there perhaps a monthly or quaterly update automatically? Or what can/should I do to avoid getting the old version cited?
