I won't suggest looking for above-mentioned organizations, they usually hire highly skilled individuals. They can hire you as internee based on your expertise, but if you want to nail it then make yourself competent enough to apply for a position. You may take a good start with local water consultants, learn software (Hydrological models 2D, 3D), take on-job training and finally hit the ball out of the park. Abhijit Waghre
