For submission of a review article the journal is asking for a graphical abstract. The problem I am facing is the images in the manuscript are none of mine. I took the copyrights for all of them. Now if I want some of them to use in the graphical abstract as well is it justified since I have not encountered any citation in graphical abstract.

To our knowledge, citations are not allowed in abstracts in most journals and I think it is more rational for graphical abstracts. More importantly, you don't need complex figures to put into the abstract. You can design simple figures or charts using free software to clarify your points. I don't think it is necessary to use the same figures that you used in the mani text of your manuscript.
On the pages of most serious publishers, you will find buttons named "get rights and permission" that redirects you to Rightslink, which you hopefully already used for reusing the figures in your review. A serious journal will request you to upload these permissions upon submission.
In these rights and permission files, you should find how far you are allowed to use them. If it's from an open access publication with CC-BY-... license, you'll definitely be fine.
