We are trying to set up the IF for CD4 and CD3 in 40 um brain sections, we are working with free floating sections. Brains were fixed with 4% formaldehide and post-fixed in formaldehide over-night. Anyone has a good protocol for CD4 or CD3 detection?

You can refine your search based on host, reactivity, applications, etc. They give you the number of citations our desired antibody has generated over time and also links to those papers by which you can also get the protocols used. The other databases are also worth your attention.
