1. Are the field engineers still happy with provided accommodation & food in the absence of leading to reduced quality of sleep and its associated fatigue?

In case, if they are distracted significantly, then, aren’t they at higher risk of being involved in accidents because of their ability to identify hazards becoming reduced?

2. Are they able to secure any time alone, particularly in living areas like cabins or gymnasium?

3. Since, being stuck for several weeks offshore with nearly the same food; and since, food quality appears to have the potential to affect mood and morale of offshore workers, are the crew really used to get quality food always?

4. How about the employee’s communication quality with family members, particularly during peak period usage (when shifts have ended)?

5. How about the effects of fatigue and long rosters on the levels of alertness?

6. Whether, time pressures on tasks (the perceived pressure to finish tasks) have really become a significant contributing factor in the causation of accidents, particularly, when production expectations remain high; or, following an unplanned shutdown?

To what extent, the role of lump sum contracts and the contractors that bid on them play a crucial role is such cases?

7. Are the workers really express their dissatisfaction with various aspects of their work? Or, will the workers be deemed unfit to work offshore upon expressing their dissatisfaction (citing their mental health problems)?

8. Being unable to respond to family emergencies happening back home and missing out on special events with family and friends really causes stress to offshore workers?

To what extent, workers receive help from their company, when they have difficulties back home?

9. To what extent, the concept of micromanagement by managers really frustrate the workers?

Is it a damaging practice that reveals a lack of trust in workers?

Whether, career progression still remain to be difficult due to the barriers to networking opportunities for women?

11.                  To what extent, heat stressors remain managed by the workers in the offshore working environment as failure to keep hydrated or to recognize the sign of dehydration could be devastating?
