Where to get UROtsa cells?

I am trying to find an immortal cell line that can be used to study bladder cell behaviour. They're called UROtsa. All my search efforts lead to UCL Urology, but they do not work with those cells anymore. It seems there is no commercial provider. Can anyone help?
