Hello everyone. I am planning to start a research about grasshopper dispersal ability and I will need to conduct some genetical testing (AFLP most probably). Do you know where I can find the specific PRC primers that I need? I have three species of interest: Euthystira brachyptera, Mecostethus grossus and Chrysochraon dispar. Maybe there is some good database that I don't know of, where this information could be found?

NCBI is a database site having gene sequence for one of species of your interest. Attaching a link and you can search other to species genome also.
