I have synthesized one new fluorescent polymer containing high electron donor-acceptor as well as hole transporting moieties. It has an excellent ability to form thin film-like paper (which has insoluble in water, brittle in nature) without adding anything. It is quite soluble in organic solvents and showing solvatochromism property as well. Can anybody suggest that where can I use this one?
You can use fluorescent thin films in various applications such as optoelectronics, display technology, biomedical devices, sensors, etc.

You need to evaluate the properties of your thin films before you could consider what application could be used for. Since it is fluorescent polymer, what is the emitting wavelength range and efficiency? You mentioned it has a hole electron transport. How good it is?
If your materials are better than the existing products for their uses, then your materials have great potentials.

As Sapana mentioned there are many many applications of conjugated/semiconducting polymers. Question is what is the added value of yours compared to what is available/published in the field (there is alot of research conducted in this area). You need to find its unique or superior features for the specific application you have in mind (e.g. efficiency, wavelength tunability charge mobility, processing, stability etc.) and bench mark it to existing similar fluorescent polymers.
So I agree with Xuhua, you first need to characterise all its electronic and optical properties and its performance characteristics (depending on the application you have in mind) in solution, solid state or blends. But from what I read in your question you already checked alot ;-)
