I am looking for the Socha Dataset which is essentially a Course Time Table Problem dataset as far as I can tell. From the internet I came to know that it is a benchmark dataset but i can't seem to find it anywhere. Does anyone have any ideas?

The Socha dataset, a widely recognized benchmark for the Course Timetable Problem (CTP), originates from research by Socha and colleagues in the early 2000s. It is based on 11 instances generated by a test instance generator developed by Paechter et al. This dataset has been used extensively to evaluate various algorithms, such as local search, ant-based methods, hybrid metaheuristics, and great deluge approaches, to optimize course scheduling while satisfying hard constraints and minimizing violations of soft constraints.
