thank you for your interest. Actually we do not have a survey in place. In fact, this project is not a formal one, but an umbrella for collecting works that we are developing on this subject.

I have finalized a stage of my research project in 3 private universities. The main focus was excellent communication management in relation to the impact on institutional excellence. I conducted lots of in-depth interviews, not a survey.

Dear Mariana I also conducted lots of in-depth interviews (60) in my research. Now I'm going to start the qualitative analysis of the collected material (I have already transcribed all interviews - more then 300 pages). I realize that hard and tedious work ahead of me!
