If inclusion and exclusion criteria were set for a study, the method of recruiting participants would be through spreading online surveys Google Forms to all potential participants across different healthcare facilities from hospitals to primary clinics that researchers are able to access, should this be considered as convenience sampling or consecutive sampling?

Your study is nonrandom sampling. Convenience is your method, unless you sample --> analyze --> select more participants, which is consecutive. Move beyond terms and a.) Describe sampling methods, as terms have many meanings, b.) Describe sample size sufficiency, & c.) Describe representativeness of the sample for your research question.
