Women landownership is an interesting topic, if it is widely adopted in Africa. In ancient China and even in contemporary China, men landownership is more common as patriarchical clan system is the main way for the society to organize itself. It will be very interesting to explore which can better facilitate agricultural production, women landownership or men landownership? Which can better stablize or even improve rural society?
