I am looking for the human SNB-75 glioblastoma cell line. Since they are not available at ATCC, ECACC or CLS I would like to know if anybody has an idea were to purchase or obtain them.
I hope you find this answer is useful. Please don't hesitate to ask any further questions. I worked before on cell line(HEK293), Plasmid, gene trapping and I did RNA extraction,
Unfortunately, EZ Biosystems™ is a well known provider of transfection products, not of the cell line itself and Sigma (or ECACC) does not sell them. But thank you for taking time and replying to my question.
If you're looking to conduct a xenograft experiment with SNB-75, you could outsource it (see http://altogenlabs.com/xenograft-models/brain-cancer-xenograft/snb-75-xenograft-model/). I don't know where to get SNB-75 cells, but there are obviously labs out there that use them, and setting up an experiment with them should be pretty straight forward.
