I am an honours student at UCT. We have a techniques course exam coming up and I want to practice using past exams and get extra notes. The exam will focus mainly on DNA sequencing, Cloning, plasmids and vectors, calculations of the insert and vector, PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA & plasmid/protein extraction, gene expression, reporter assays in mammalian tissue culture, Protein isolation, ELISA, Western blots, enzyme kinetics, HPLC.
