I am interested in some cytokines, such as IL12, IFN-gamma, TNF-alpha and IL2. For my latest research study, I would like to purchase these proteins but in a fluorescently-labelled form. Does anyone know where I can purchase them or if there is any kit for labelling them before experimentation?

Hello Tunch Akmandor . I assume you want to do live-cell protein tracking. If you have purified the protein of interest or bought a pure suspension you can use a protein labeling kit or use a labeling service provider (https://www.thermofisher.com/kw/en/home/life-science/protein-biology/protein-labeling-crosslinking/fluorescent-protein-labeling.html). Alternatively you can clone the gene of interest with a gfp tag (upstream or downstream depending on protein) and transfect it into cells or supplement exogenously. Protein labeling kits are straight forward but you must have a pure extract. It really depends on funds availability, and skills you have. good luck
