Go to: https://www.tandfonline.com/action/authorSubmission?show=instructions&journalCode=cavp20 here you find under “Preparation of manuscript” and I quote: “A free online sample copy of the journal is available via the Avian Pathology web site.” If you click on the link, you find all sorts of information (However, I was unable to find the promised sample copy…).
