I read articles that said that graphene is a superconductor that would revolutionize the world. I need some sheets of that, but commercial graphene specifications are >16 ohms "squared", so a square meter of graphene resistance is >16 ohms.
Any metal sheet, steel included, would be much less resistant than that.
I can't cool to 1.5K in the core of Pulsotron 300k because I would lose the generated energy
You can buy several other superconducting materials (in bulk pieces, wire, tapes or even sheets), which have much better properties than grapheme, for example they can work at temperature over 77 K.
Buy the way, why do you need superconducting materials in the Pulsotron power plant? Maybe for magnetic field generation?
Graphene is not inherently superconducting despite what many non-technical articles may say. As was mentioned previously, by supercooling graphene you may be able to achieve superconductivity but I don't think that is what you are trying to do.
You are very correct that many metals have higher real world electrical conductivity than graphene. Much of the confusion comes from the observed "Ballistic Transport" or "Ballistic Conduction" properties of graphene. While sometimes assumed to be the same as superconductivity, they are in fact two separate phenomenon.
Well, the problem with superconductors is that they do not withstands high magnetic field unless cooled by Helium. Bi-2212 can carry huge currents withstanding 25T, but it must be built without bubbles.

I see that you have the same wish as people buildings tokamak: you need to cut the power consumption of the coils. There are several commercial superconductors (NbTi, Nb3Sn, MgB2, Bi2212, Bi2223, REBCO), they all need cooling, but the operating temperature depends on the current passing through the wire/cable and on the magnetic field. The main problem is not the cooling but the cost of the material: they are all more expensive (for some of them even much much more expensive) than copper. One more problem is pulsed operation, which is not really suited for superconductors.
