To open the discussion I propose the following rules:

1. Must have an open version loaded at a free and stable site as google or researchgate as long as the knowledge must be shared by the humanity (there are programs with a free version)

2. To increase the quality by publicize in well known sites without infringe copyright I should recommend a second version for that sites, so if it is rejected by them the humanity will reach the information at RG before being submitted by censorships

3. “K.I.S” Keep it simple: to reach more people, so non useful phrases should be deleted

4. Useful

5. Attached with an excel table or source code data

6. Obtained data must have the accuracy

7. Tables must be submitted also in the digital excel data, not in the graph analog form

8. If exist, test setup must be added.

9. Add the needed test equipment with accuracy

10. Open forum discussion

11. Each author must add what is the participation in the paper

12. Institution of every author

13. Add the writing date and place

I hope it helps
