Where can I find a protocol to extract ribosomes from midgut cells of caterpillars?

I need ribosomes to test whether an extracted protein from a plant has ribosome inactivating capability or not. So, I need a protocol to extract ribosomes from midgut cells.

I am not familiar with the caterpillars system .... As a starting point do you have a way to separate midgut cells from other cells? That said do you feel there is specificity to midgut cell ribosomes? Ribosomes are extremely conserved so I would guess if your peptide has ribosome inactivating capability it would be active against a broad range of ribosomes.
