Where can I find a data set containing the two variables: "Prostate-specific antigen" and "prostate cancer"?
The dataset has been used in a lot of studies by Vickers such as:

Are you sure that the data they are using is public-access? Most centers use data for their own patients - men with prostate cancer, who will typically have their PSA's tested repeated times. But this data won't be made available to outside users, as often HIPAA will interfere with sharing.
I would probably just ask Dr. Vickers if you could have a copy or if a copy is readily available. For published research this often works.

I would suggest that you do data collection from real cases in a seting where you live.
this will give you confidence in the collected data on prostate cancer and PSA.
