I think you have to contact some in china. The only papers seem to have gotten them from the lab that created them in china. One paper I saw mentioned getting it from KeyGen Biotech, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China. Hope this helps.
Unfortunately as stated above, this cell line which originate from a Chinese lab (PubMed=8033753) is only accessible in China and can be obtained from various local distributors as well as the "Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China)" (see PubMed: 21205300). I doubt that it will be simple to get hold of it!
