Does it depend on age, gender, environment, recently occurring condition of the person, any addiction. Thought is independent and out of control of human.
Memories of my brother, my mother, I miss them so much .... Whenever I sit idle I find myself thinking about them.
For idle mind it has been said that it is a workshop of devil.
The person who has in mind in a creative thought and activities his mind can not remain as an idle.
In other case individual remain in negative thoughts his mind work in a negative direction, disturbance an environment of the family and friend circle and in order to prepare his mind under positive actions either thru good friend or an elderly member of family he should open his mind before him and should take right tip .
If he gets a right type advice or his mind a thinking process he may take recourse to a religion or should take a advice from religious person .
This is my personal opinion
It is not good to be idle. Get involved in healthy and meaningful venture that can improve ones life.
Well I am looking for a scientific reason behind thoughts overpowering the idle mind. Maybe like a case study
It depends, the thought could be positive or negative. But generally, there is a popular saying that an idle hand is the devil workshop.
There is very little time to sit idle, but whenever, I have little time, always wanted to talk to my son.
