I read that heart rate is significantly reducing during 4 weeks after administration of STZ. I could see there is significant decrease in stiffness in diabetic rats than normal. But the diabetic group must have increased stiffness, so that it may lead to several CVD complications. So, I need to know when will it be good to observe the stiffness change in rats.
