Are your cells in series both optically and electrically? If they are, then there will be a mismatch in the photocurrents which will reduce the efficiency, probably to near zero. The bottom cell will generate the least current and might even be reversed biassed. I don't know what that does to perovskite cells but it isn't a good way to treat silicon cells or Dye cells.
