when i deposit metal oxide on ITO substrate by spin coat
if the surface of metal oxide is treated by ozone treatment like UV-ozone or O3-plasma, is work function chage only limited to the surface? or is there a change in the overall metal oxide even the ITO/metal oxide surface side?
if ITO Wf is 4.5 , metal oxide Wf is 5.1, metal oxide is coated on ITO and treated by ozone treatment
then maybe metal oxide Wf is about 5.4
inhere, is the gap between ITO Wf and metal oxide Wf 0.9? or because the change of workfunction is limited only on the surface, is the gap 0.6 yet?
