When separating serum from blood withdrawn from cattle, will the centrifuge time increase if time taken to bring sample to lab increase?

Normally the centrifuge time for serum separation in about 10 mins. But, if the time taken to bring the clotted blood sample to lab increase, will it effect the centrifuge time?

1. You did not mention how long you take to bring your samples to lab.

2. And did you notice any issue in serum separation by using centrifuge for 10 min.

3. I think you can run it for 15 min.
