We have downloaded sentinel 2 data for measuring Chlorophyll Concentration in seawater. We have processed sentinel 2 data in SNAP software and also applied standard algorithm for chlorophyll concentration. Now we are having chlorophyll concentration result in SNAP software which is showing chlorophyll concentration properly. Finally, we need to process same output in ArcGIS to prepare the spatial map and all. We have exported as a many format form SNAP and but it is changing their concentration values while importing to the ArcGIS software (We can't see the pixel variation and its showing plain colors only).
Please let me know that which format is suitable to export from SNAP software and is this further procedure want to do in ArcGIS for getting same result what we have seen in SNAP software.
Note: I enclosed the SNAP output as a tiff format
Exporting Chlorophyll Concentration output from SNAP Software involves several steps. Here's a general guide:
1. **Reproject the Data**: You need to reproject the data to a Coordinate Reference System (CRS) you want, e.g., WGS84 or UTM. This can be done by going to `Raster / Geometric / Reprojection`. During this step, deselect the reprojection of tie-point grids⁴.
2. **Create a Subset**: Get rid of all other bands by creating a subset. This can be done by going to `Raster / Geometric`. Select only the single band⁴. When you are asked if you want to include flags, select No⁴. If there is still another band, select it and press DEL to remove it⁴.
3. **Export the Data**: Now you can export the data to GeoTiff. You should get the result you want⁴.
Please note that the reprojection is necessary because the data uses pixel-based geo-coding and the geo-location information is stored in bands⁴. Without reprojection, you would have at least the lat/lon bands to keep the geolocation⁴. The subsetting removes the other bands⁴. Having all bands in the GeoTiff makes it difficult to find the band you want in ArcGIS⁴.
In addition, the reprojection step applies the scaling and offset factors which are used to convert raw values to geo-physical values⁴. In GeoTiff, the raw values are stored if they are not converted before⁴.
