I've been trying to submit a sequence at Genbank using BankIt. It's an HRP2 exon2 partial CDS of Plasmodium falciparum. Everytime I paste my sequence it says that my sequence contains vector sequence(s). They gave the following statement:

If this is not contamination, please specify if your sequence is a cloning vector. If not, please explain the matches.

I've tried pasting other already submitted HRP2 sequences from Genbank and it says the same!! How do I get over this problem? Should I rather use Sequin?
