Maybe you got an emulsion of water in hexane. Gradually heat it to the boiling point of hexane 68 degrees and see the destruction of the emulsion into two phases: an aqueous solution of chitosan and a solution of surfactant in hexane.

thanks everyone for your responses infact I got the problem solved actually I reduced the core size and it worked. but, now I m facing the problem for reverse micellization of collagen as it gets denatured outside so I am doing the reaction in refrigerator and it is getting turbid inside the refrigerator, can anybody help.
