I was estimating The LD50 for some plant extracts by using (Lorke 1983) method, where, i had administrate 10, 100, 1000 mg/kg as single oral dose to the mice and have No mortality. can we make some biochemical estimates on surviving mice? Please mention some research.

In general, we can realize histological tests of principal organs (liver, brain,...); biochemical analysis of blood parameters. So, you can compare the results from treated mice with control mice to recognize the changes that may be caused by the extract since you have no mortality.
You must use a representative sample to get significant results.
