I could get nanoparticles by using a physical method, but because of that method we get different sized molecules. How can I separate the different sizes of nanoparticles?
You can opt centrifugation methodology at a higher rpm or dialysis membrane for separation of larger nanoparticles.
For dialysis bag you need to first find out the molecular size (usually in terms of kDa; kilo-Daltons) before you choose your dialysis bag/tubing. The pore size of the dialysis bag should be smaller (in terms of kDa) than your desired nanoparticles.
