How long are HeLa cells divide after activate ?
I activated HeLa cells from freeze. I have cultured it for 2 days but it is not full in flask .
what time i can trypsinize ?

you need not worry about slow growth of your cells after 3rd or 4th passage cells will attain exponential phase and cells will become 70-80% confluent within 3 days.
Generally for HeLa trypsinization may be from 1 to 3 min. at 37°C.
Change media after 2 days for faster growth.
just be patient, maybe start with a smaller flask next time - cells usually grow quicker when they are not too "lonely".
We start from frozen ampules that contain 2 million cells in 1 mL. After thawing, we seed the entire content (1mL) in a T25 flask, changing medium next day. After 2 more days, a good grade of confluency is obtained (ready for trypsin).
