The reaction I am investigating cannot proceed via one step mechanism so a barrierless reaction (radical adduct formation) precedes an endergonic reaction but the thing is that the overall Gibbs free energy, activation energy, and enthalpy from reactants to products are all negative values. Is this still going to be a thermodynamically favorable reaction? The E vs reaction path graph would look like the one shown below in the picture. If you have articles to recommend that would be greatly appreciated.
