working on an experiment to crosslink viral RNAs with proteins via covalent bonds. what would be an easy/feasible but definite way to detect this conjugates from free proteins and free RNAs?
is that possible to run the conjugates on an agarose gel or PAGE, since the conjugates will move slower than either component alone? or other methods?
