What's the best way for using the supplement materials in Linsmaier and skoog media?

When using the supplement materials into the LS (linsmaier and skoog) medium, I would be thankful if you please let me know that if you autoclave the supplements along with the other components (seems strange since some need different PH), or separately or even used filter? Could you explain this please? Regards.

I used to filter sterilize the Supplementary materials. It works good.
