In invitro studies, is it feasible using neuronal stem cell model to investigate the mechanism of how anti-psychotic drugs affect neuronal development, can this group suggest any previous work done and the cell lines type ?

Yes, as Saleh recommanded, N2a cells are excellent to deal with. All cells show neuronal differentiation upon induction. For earlier developmental stages of stem cells, pick P19 embryonic carcinoma (P19 EC) cell line. P19EC cells grow very well without any MEF or feeder layer. And they show exactly same properties of mES cells. With retinoic acid induction, neural differentiation occurs. But not all cells, 13-15% of the induced cells undergo neural differentiation.
