Hi everyone, I am trying to establish solid-phase reverse transfection of siRNAs/pDNA in cell lines and primary cells such as primary hepatocytes and wonder if you can share your experience.

1) What are your preferred reagents?

2) Do you fabricate your own plates using siRNA/pDNA or is there a vendor that you would recommend?

3) How easy is it to establish the assay in-house, do you have an automated instrument to help?

4) I'm curious to learn what types of readouts do you run?
