The most important organ of our life is intellect. My first priority of life to make it powerful, progressive and sensetive. A powerful mind and intellect make us stronger to withstand all difficulties and happiness. Bhagavan Gita teaches us how to make mind powerful, progressive and sensetive.
Generally speaking, the brevity of life forces us to focus on the things that really matter most; however, priorities change over time .Accordingly, thoughtful individuals know how important it is to prioritize their goals because they want to accomplish the vital ones first. To me, the order of things that are quintessentially important should include such matters as family , persistence, perfection, patience, and caring for all people regardless of their race, color, and religion.

The priorities are established by human beings according to their motivations. The hierarchy of motivations is approached very well by (Maslow 1954). Although this conception has had detractors, since it is inserted in the functionalist tradition of James and Dewey, it allows us to access an accurate explanation of the motivational phenomenon and with it we find the cause of the priorities that we establish in our life. It has also been said that Maslow is linked, in this case, to the holism of Wertheimer, Goldstein and Gestalt. Other critics point out that Maslow also resorts to the dynamism of Freud, Horney, Reich, Jung and Adler. I believe that, in any case, Maslow's theory has not lost its validity, although more enlightening contributions have appeared with respect to the motivation and priority relationship.
Your priority should start from the bottom of the pyramid. If you already fulfilled and maintained physiological needs, you next priorities up to the safety and so on.
I suggest you to meditate to list details of each aspect because everyone has different necesities. For Example water of course always priority to someone who lives in dessert area.
