translatome refers to the entirety of mRNAs associated with ribosomes for protein synthesis

Dose that mean it will take only one specific mRNA that is expressed under spesific condition in account, or entire mRNA under certain condition ?

The translatome would be all the mRNAs that are being translated at that time in the cell. Remember that thousands of genes are being translated at any one time and there are tens of thousands of ribosomes or more
